Easy to Use
1. Use pans or woks with around a 8" or 10" diameter.
2. Bring water to a simmer.
3. Pack steamer with food. *Tip: for easier clean up use cabbage leaves to line the base
4. Stack steamers with lid and cook between 10-15 minutes depending on the food type.
5. Use oven mitts when removing steamer from stove top.
